I have an extensive background in the web and software development and electronics engineering. I have been developing Internet applications since its inception. I have a BS degree in Electronics Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute in Baku (former USSR) where I studied Assembly and C/C++ language.
After relocating to the U.S., I began web developing in 1995. In 1997 I have found NetChain Communications, Internet Service Provider company. Later, I have created Playlist Archive technology distributed by the Live Radio Log company. Then I formed RightCast - The Internet Broadcasting company, which was later sold in 2010 and finally developed Web Framework distributed by another venture formed by myself and 2 other business partners - Sharco Technology where I served as a Managing General Partner—Chief Technology Officer, overseeing all company Research & Development and Strategic Management.
